EisnerAmper India has announced a series of senior leadership elevations as the firm continues to strengthen its organisational capabilities and support its growth across key markets.
As part of the leadership changes, Nirav Vakharia has been elevated to Managing Director, Finance and Operations. In his expanded role, Vakharia will focus on strengthening finance and operational functions, improving cross-functional collaboration, and building capabilities to support the firm’s long-term growth.
Vakharia has been associated with the organisation’s growth and has contributed to strengthening its finance and operations functions across its presence in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. His new responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency and supporting the development of scalable organisational capabilities.
Commenting on the elevation, Hiren Modi, Managing Partner, EisnerAmper India, highlighted Vakharia’s contribution to building strong operational foundations and developing teams, noting that the appointment reflects the firm’s focus on strengthening its leadership for the next phase of growth.
Alongside Vakharia’s elevation, the firm has also announced four Director-level appointments. Ravi Alluri has been appointed Advisory Director, Khyati Mehta has been elevated to Tax Director, while Shirish Mandrekar and Siva Rama Krishna Vishnubhatla have been appointed Assurance Directors.
