Mufin Green Finance Limited has raised $6 million through its first international bond listing on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (India INX) at GIFT City.
The company received final listing approval for its US dollar-denominated senior non-convertible bonds on September 22, 2026. The development was disclosed to the BSE and NSE in compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations.
Details of the bond issue
The offering comprises up to 600 senior, rated and listed notes issued as a standalone debt offering on September 11, 2026. The bonds carry a coupon of 4.50% plus the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) and will mature on September 11, 2029.
The securities have been admitted for trading on India INX’s Global Securities Market. The minimum subscription and trading denomination is set at 10 bonds, with subsequent trades allowed in multiples of one bond.
The listing gives Mufin Green Finance access to international debt investors through the International Financial Services Centre at GIFT City. It also enables the company to diversify its borrowing sources and access foreign-currency funding.
Expanding green financing operations
Headquartered in New Delhi, Mufin Green Finance is an RBI-licensed, technology-led non-banking financial company listed on the NSE and BSE.
Founded in 2016, the company provides financing across electric vehicles, solar projects, mediclaim premiums, MSMEs and corporate borrowers. Through its BimaPay platform, it offers mediclaim premium financing in partnership with leading insurers.
Its other products include Salary Saathi, which provides salary-linked loans to state government employees in Rajasthan and Assam, along with financing solutions for businesses and MSMEs.
Mufin Green Finance holds an SDG rating of A from Agent for Impact. Its institutional investors include Incofin and SageOne Capital.
The international bond listing marks a significant step in the company’s debt-market strategy and strengthens its access to global capital through India’s GIFT City financial ecosystem.
