Jupitice AI-Powered ODR Platform Crosses 1.16 Lakh Resolved Disputes, 80,000+ Hearings

Jupitice Justice Technologies, a justice technology company focused on digital infrastructure for justice, legal and governance processes, has announced that its AI-powered Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has crossed 1.16 lakh resolved disputes and more than 80,000 hearings.

The platform currently operates with a network of 3,000+ arbitrators and conciliators and is used by organisations across the banking, NBFC, fintech and insurance sectors.

According to the company, the platform has recorded a 99% case closure rate, 80% settlement rate and 75% success rate across its client base. It currently serves 22 clients, comprising 14 enterprises and eight institutions.

Digitising the Dispute Resolution Lifecycle

Jupitice’s ODR platform brings negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration into a single digital system. The platform is designed to manage the dispute lifecycle from initial filing and notice generation through hearings, evidence and submissions to final resolution.

Its capabilities include case management, automated notice creation and tracking, digital hearing rooms, witness management, appointment of arbitrators and neutrals, as well as the execution of agreements and awards.

The platform also provides back-office tools for case allocation, role management and scheduling. Stakeholder dashboards provide visibility into case progress and actions, while blockchain-backed records, digital signatures and audit trails are used to support traceability of proceedings.

An AI layer supports functions such as document analysis, drafting, summarisation, transcription and translation at relevant stages of the process. The company said decision-making and procedural responsibility remain with authorised human stakeholders handling each matter.

Focus on High-Volume Enterprise Disputes

Jupitice said its platform is designed for organisations managing large volumes of disputes that require standardised workflows and oversight. Its configurable architecture allows enterprises to adapt workflows, roles and approval mechanisms to their operational and regulatory requirements.

“ODR was once seen as an alternative to litigation. Today, it’s becoming core infrastructure for how enterprises manage risk and resolve disputes at scale,” said Mansi Omar, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Jupitice Justice Technologies.

She added that the platform’s ability to connect the dispute lifecycle on a single system is helping institutions manage high-volume matters. According to Omar, the company is seeing traction across banking and NBFC portfolios, where faster dispute resolution can affect recovery timelines and litigation costs.
