Bengaluru, August 21, 2024: Perfios has appointed Rajesh Kini as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate accounting and business performance to the fintech company.
Kini joins Perfios at a time when the company is focused on strengthening its financial operations and supporting its next phase of growth and expansion.
With more than two decades of experience across finance leadership roles, Kini has worked on areas including financial performance, margin improvement, fiscal management and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Perfios, he served at Infosys as CFO of a product subsidiary and also led its Corporate Accounting Group.
Focus on Financial Efficiency and Governance
In his new role, Kini will oversee the company’s financial strategy while focusing on strengthening financial governance, improving efficiency and supporting strategic investments.
His experience across global IT services organisations is expected to add depth to Perfios’ financial leadership as the company continues to expand its operations.
Commenting on the appointment, Sabyasachi Goswami, CEO, Perfios, said Kini’s financial expertise and experience in driving growth and efficiency would support the company as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Kini said the opportunity comes at an important stage for Perfios and highlighted his focus on improving financial efficiency, strengthening governance, supporting strategic investments and maintaining sustainable profitability and growth.
Strengthening the Leadership Team
The appointment is part of a broader effort by Perfios to strengthen its senior leadership team. Over the past year, the company has also appointed Sridhar Narayan as Chief Business Officer, Sumit Nigam as Chief Technology Officer and Anu Mathew as Chief People Officer.
Together, these leadership additions are aimed at supporting Perfios as it builds its capabilities and works towards its growth and expansion plans.
Kini is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Joseph College of Commerce in Bengaluru.
