The new platform comes as InCred’s wealth business crosses ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM), highlighting the growing scale of its wealth management operations and its focus on India’s expanding high-value wealth segment.
InCred Black will be led by Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla, who have joined the platform as Co-Founders. Together, they bring decades of experience across wealth management and financial services, including their earlier association with Avendus Wealth Management and experience with institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Barclays and Credit Suisse.
The launch comes at a time when India’s wealthy entrepreneurs and business families are dealing with increasingly complex financial needs. Startup exits, public listings, business transitions and inter-generational wealth transfers are creating demand for more specialised approaches to managing and growing wealth.
InCred Black plans to address these needs through a range of customised investment and financing solutions. Its offerings are expected to include private credit, venture debt, pre-IPO secondaries and alternative investment funds (AIFs), along with structured financing options such as loans against shares and capital restructuring.
Rather than relying only on traditional wealth management products, the platform is designed around the more specialised requirements of UHNIs and family offices, including access to alternative investment opportunities and tailored liquidity solutions.
The leadership team is also expected to bring established relationships and experience in working with entrepreneurs, promoters and business families, giving the platform a relationship-led approach to wealth management.
With its wealth franchise now managing more than ₹1 lakh crore in AUM, InCred Capital is looking to use its growing scale and expertise to expand its offering for India’s sophisticated wealth segment.
The launch of InCred Black reflects the broader evolution of India’s wealth management landscape, where affluent individuals and families are increasingly seeking personalised investment strategies, alternative opportunities and solutions designed around their long-term financial goals.
