Qualcomm Ventures, an early investor in logistics company Shadowfax, has sold 57.1 lakh shares worth Rs 157.3 crore through an open-market transaction, according to data from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were sold by Qualcomm’s affiliate, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited, at Rs 275.3 apiece. The transaction price represented a 6.6% discount to Shadowfax’s previous closing price on Monday.
The latest sale follows another share offloading by Qualcomm in August, when the investor sold 75 lakh Shadowfax shares worth Rs 183.9 crore.
Qualcomm Reduces Stake in Shadowfax
At the end of June 2026, Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited held a 2.26% stake in Shadowfax, equivalent to 1.32 crore shares. The August transaction reduced its holding, and the latest sale marks another step in the investor’s exit from part of its investment.
Qualcomm Ventures first invested in Shadowfax in 2018, participating in the logistics company’s $22 million Series C funding round alongside Mirae Asset and Eight Roads Ventures.
The latest transaction also comes amid a series of share sales by existing investors in Shadowfax following a strong rise in the company’s stock price.
TPG Has Sold Shadowfax Shares Worth Over Rs 700 Crore
Private equity investor TPG has offloaded Shadowfax shares worth more than Rs 700 crore through multiple bulk deals since August.
The continued selling by investors comes as Shadowfax’s shares have recorded significant gains in recent months. The stock has risen 29.3% over the past three months and gained more than 122.91% over the past six months.
The share sales indicate that early and institutional investors are taking the opportunity to realise part of their investments following the stock’s rally.
Shadowfax Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance
Shadowfax’s recent stock performance has come alongside strong financial results. The company reported an eightfold year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 65.4 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared with Rs 8 crore in the same quarter last year.
Operating revenue grew 65% year-on-year and 10% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 1,358 crore during the quarter.
Following the strong performance, Shadowfax revised its revenue growth guidance for FY27 to 38-40%, up from the earlier forecast of 28-30% provided just one quarter ago.
The improved outlook reflects the company’s business momentum across its logistics operations.
Shadowfax Expands Its Logistics and Quick Commerce Network
Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal, Shadowfax operates a logistics network serving e-commerce, quick commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The company was listed on the stock exchanges earlier in 2026.
Shadowfax currently serves more than 16,372 pincodes across India. It also plans to expand its dark store network from 47 locations to 100 by March 2027 as it looks to strengthen its quick commerce operations.
Its growing network and expanding business are central to its plans to serve the changing delivery requirements of online retailers and quick commerce platforms.
Shadowfax Shares Close Lower on BSE
Shadowfax shares closed Monday’s trading session at Rs 294.75 on the BSE, down 0.12%.
With Qualcomm and TPG continuing to sell shares, investor activity around Shadowfax remains in focus. The company’s recent financial performance, higher FY27 revenue guidance and planned network expansion will be key factors to watch as it continues to scale its logistics business.
